This site is hosted by VERCEL INC., whose registered office is at 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.
Intellectual property
All the content on this site — text, illustrations, drawings, game captures, logo and visual identity — is the property of Lucas Prat Fort unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is forbidden.
Personal data
The information sent through the contact form (surname, first name, email address, telephone number, message) is used solely to answer your enquiry, and is never sold on. Delivery is handled by RESEND, an email sending service, which passes the message to Lucas Prat Fort's mailbox along with a copy to the address you gave, and keeps them in line with its own privacy policy. No data is recorded in a database: the message exists only as an email. To limit automated submissions, the server briefly holds your IP address in memory, without linking it to the content of the message or keeping it beyond a few minutes. Messages received are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to pratfortlucas@gmail.com.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies, and sets none without your knowledge. There are only two. The first is strictly necessary: it keeps the administration area reserved for Lucas Prat Fort signed in, is only set once you have logged in — so it never concerns visitors — and expires after eight hours. The second measures audience, and is only set if you accept it.
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers whenever a page is displayed.
Audience measurement
This site uses Google Analytics to count its visits and find out which pages get read. Nothing is loaded and nothing is set until you have accepted: before you answer, no request goes to the Google Analytics servers. If you do accept, a cookie is set for a maximum of thirteen months, and the data collected — pages viewed, referrer, country, device type — is processed by GOOGLE IRELAND LIMITED in line with its own privacy policy, with a transfer to the United States covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Declining takes nothing away from the site, which works exactly the same. Your choice is kept for six months, after which the question is asked again. You may change your mind at any time:
Videos
Some project pages offer a video hosted on YouTube. As long as you do not click the play button, no request is sent to YouTube: all you see is a preview image stored on this site. If you do start playback, the player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube may then set cookies in your browser, under its own terms.
